Summary:
The FileRichTextPrint Cicode function does not support the /page RTF format command to create a page break (form feed). 
 

Solution:
Use the /p command line option in Wordpad to print RTF documents. For example in a default installation of Windows XP to print the RTF filename.rtf you would use the cicode function as shown.
