Summary:

If foreign characters are entered into the description field of digital or timestamped alarms, then the display of the description field within the active alarms page is empty.

Solution:

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA version 5.50 service pack B. The problem has been fixed in CitectHMI/SCADA version 6.00.
