Summary:
I am trying to print using the Print button in the XP style template, but nothing seems to happen. My computer has a valid connection to the Network printer, and all other applications print fine. What could be the issue?

Solution:
Citect by default is configured to send all print commands to LPT1. If your system has a network printer attached to it, then this has to be configured in Citect. The following parameter is used to specify where Citect will send its print commands

[Printer]
Port=\\<Share Path>\<Share name of the printer>

Alternatively, you could Map your Network printer to LTP1. For instructions on how to set this up, please refer to KB article Q3804.
