Summary:
This can occur when an attempt to write to a bad tag is performed, and requires a restart of both Citect and the API to recover control.

Solution:
This problem is caused by the way errors are handled in the TmOpen API. We are currently researching a permanent solution to this problem with the API vendors; however a version of the driver with a workaround has been created and tested to resolve this issue. Upgrade to TPerm driver v1.3.1.5 to resolve this problem.
