Summary:
If you attempt to connect to a ControlLogix PLC on a network that has more than ≈100ms round trip network latency the device will fail to come online reporting ‘Channel Offline’ with Driver Error 536870934 (0x20000016).
 

Solution:
This problem has been fixed in version 3.2.17.0 of the ABCLX driver.

Please note the ABCLX driver is designed for high performance and has significant bandwidth requirements. It may not be suitable for running over slow wireless lings like radio modems.
