Summary:
The OPC driver can cause CitectSCADA to hang under the following conditions:
1. A write request is issued to the driver
2. Processing the write operation takes a long time (such as the device being disconnected from the network and the operation needing to time out)
3. A read request is issued.

CitectSCADA can hang processing the read request until the write request has
finished processing.
 

Solution:
This problem has been fixed in OPC driver version 1.11.11.1.
