Summary:
I have configured a list of time triggered and tag triggered reports in CitectSCADA version 5.42
During runtime my time triggered report did not run periodically but my tag triggered report are able to run when the tag is triggered.
 

Solution:
It appears that any clock triggered reports configured after the report using a tag as the trigger in the Report.dbf will be ignored if the tag's I/O device is off-line.
The workaround at present is to configure all clock triggered reports on the top of the Report.dbf
This is a known issue in CitectSCADA Version 5.42 and has been fixed in CitectSCADA Version 5.5 and later version
