Summary:
When using the version 6.0 r1 driver supplied by Citect. The E-COM100 module will not come online even though all CitectSCADA configurations are correct according to the Driver Help documentation. 

Solution:
This is a known issue with the driver supplied in CitectSCADA 6.0r1, Koyonet driver version 2.01.02.000.
The issue has been resolved by Koyonet driver version 3.00.02.00RB.
