Summary:
If the number of channels defined on the I/O server is a multiple of 11 then the ABCLX driver will not scan for request timeouts on 10 out of every 11 channels.

This will cause the ABCLX devices to take a long time to come online and gives "Driver not responding" and "Error in Command" error messages in the kernel.

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in ABCLX driver versions prior to 3.2.8.0. This problem has been fixed in version 3.2.9.0 and later versions.
