Summary:
ABCLX does not come online even though I have followed all the advice in the knowledgebase article Q4009.

I have 11 (or a multiple of 11) ABCLX IO Devices defined in my Citect project (i.e. 11or 22, or 33, or 44, etc ABCLX devices in my project).
 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in ABCLX versions to 3.02.08.000. This problem has been fixed in version 3.02.09.000.
