Summary:
When iterating through all objects on a page or genie, calling the GBA function PageSelectNextObject() skips over objects that definitely exist (and can be seen in the 'Goto Object' dialog in Graphics Builder). 
 

Solution:
This is a known problem that occurs when objects exist in nested groups on a page / genie. This problem has been fixed in version 6.10.
