Summary:
When I try to remotely restart a display client on my network from a server I get the following error message on the display client:

“To select a project, run it from the Citect Explorer. No project is currently selected”.

The display client was operated by specifying COPY and RUN paths in the Citect.ini file and without going through Citect Explorer. When the display client is remotely restarted, the RUN path in the citect.ini of the display client becomes empty. 
 

Solution:
To remedy this problem add the project in Master.dbf manually or restore the project on the display client using Citect Explorer. It will then create an entry in the Master.dbf.
