Summary:

If you have configured your Citect SCADA to have a redundant Alarm, Report, or Trend Server and subsequently change clusters using ClusterSetName("<primary>", "<standby>") but specify an empty string for standby, Citect SCADA will crash.

Solution:

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions 5.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 6.10.
