Summary:
The problem occurs when using ServerInfo() to retrieve the name of a currently connected redundant trend or report server or its login name. When requesting either the login name or the node name of the redundant client it returns an empty string even if their is a valid connection.
 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions 5.xx. This problem has been fixed in version (550 SpkC and 600SpkA).
