This problem presents when making a change
to an already existing alarm description. If you make a change to
the description of an alarm with the CitectHMI/SCADA Project Editor
and at the time you last shutdown the runtime that alarm was active
(either in on, or off and unacknowledged state) then when you
restart the runtime the original description is still
displayed.
This is as expected but it remains the original description even if
the alarm is cleared and then retriggered. The only way to get the
new description is to make sure the alarm is off and acknowledged
and then to restart the runtime.
