Summary:

When issuing a read/write to OMRON CS1 A registers, the data is read/written from/to a location which is offset by 448 bytes.

Solution:

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect Fins driver version 1.03.01.055. The problem has been fixed in version 1.03.02.0B.
