Summary:
The largest CiVBA module that the CiVBA compiler can generate for a single display page 180 kB. This includes the code from all CiVBA expression or command fields and all the code in .bas files that this references. This equates to ~180kB of CiVBA source code.
 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed that this is a limitation of the CiVBA compiler. At this point there is no known workaround or solution available.
