Summary:
When using the -a (automatic) switch to restore a project that is not already registered in the Citect database, the restore fails with Error message "Could not open MASTER.DBF".
 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem CitectHMI/SCADA versions up to 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.42.
