Summary:

When a project compiles a tag based driver such as with the ABCLX. The compiler will not check for a NULL address field. This would crash drivers prior to 3.02.03.001. Symptom: Driver would crash in EIPProtocol.DLL.

Solution:

Resolution: Place a valid string in the Variable Tag Address field.  v3.02.04.000 of the driver will enforce this
