Summary:
Citect FileRichTextPrint() function does not print page breaks, i.e. text on the next page is printed immediately after the current text.
 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions to 6.00. This problem has been fixed in version 6.10.

The issue was a limitation of the Microsoft API used and a work around to this has been provided.
