Summary:
Window contents corrupted after window resize when [Page]DynamicSizing=0 is in use.

Solution:
This long standing issue when Cicode functions like WinNewAt() are used, has been resolved in Citect v6.10 .
This only happens under the [Page]DynamicSizing=0 mode.
