Summary: |
I am trying to use Ci.Recipe Manager within
CitectSCADA, to Display and modify data from an Access database
table which has more than 100 columns. I am able to display the
data, however when trying to update (Change Values) I get the error
message below. The same happens when I try using Excel or DBF
files. Why is this happening?

Solution: |
There is a limitation within the driver,
which does not allow bi-directional data support for Access
database tables if the table has more than 99 columns. The
same applies for Excel and DBF files. Work around is to use SQL.
Tests with SQL database have proven to be successful, with more
than a 100 columns. |
