Summary:
The files contained within my Misc.zip file in my webdeployment, are not being downloaded. I have ensured all the files are in the correct Misc.zip in the correct project.
This behaviour is occurring with IIS as the server, as well as the Apache TomCat Server (v61 only).
 

Solution:
This behaviour has been seen to occur when a Citect Project contains a page with an invalid character in its Page Name.
For example the page 'Graphs & Trends' will cause the files in the Misc.zip folder to not download, as the '&' symbol is considered invalid.
