Summary:
Cannot access Cicode and Cache Kernel Commands in Citect Version 6.1
 

Solution:
CitectSCADA version 6.10 requires that a user with the name "kernel" be logged in by entering a password at the prompt in the Kernel main window.
To use this, create a user in your project with the user name "kernel" and give the user a password. You do not need to define privileges nor areas for this user.
