Summary:
I have configured Apache TomCat v5.5.13 as my webserver, and everything has been configured correctly, as per the help.

After successfully creating a deployment and uploading it to my Citect SCADA Webserver, I navigate to the Deployment listing and not that there are no projects listed.

If I use IIS as the WebServer, with the same project, I encounter no such trouble.


 

Solution:
This is a known issue, affecting v5.5.13 -> at least 5.5.17 of Apache TomCat. Currently only v5.5.12 of Apache TomCat is supported to run Citect Webserver.
