Summary:
My WebClient appears to be pausing for a long time before loading up, what could be the problem?
 

Solution:
Check the INI file on the PC where you are preparing your deployments. If the following parameter has been set:

[GENERAL]
StartDelay=

This setting will be copied to the INI file that is used by the WebClient PC. When the WebClient loads, it will until this delay period is over before continuing to load the project.

You can verify the contents of the WebClient's INI file by checking in the "%tmp%\citect" directory.
