Summary:
Is there a Citect driver available for GE Fanuc Rx3i PLC’s that supports symbolic addressing (aka "Tag based" addressing).
 

Solution:
There is no native CitectSCADA driver to support the Rx3i symbolic addressing and the GETCP driver using the numerical / register addressing is the current method (this does however require the latest version of the GETCP driver, refer to Q4255). If this functionality is important to your project you can use an OPC server together with CitectSCADA's OPC client driver.
