Summary:
I have a project which contains Genies that open Super Genies using AssPopUp() Cicode function. This worked fine until I upgraded the project to CitectSCADA version 6.10.  Now the Super Genies won't open.
 

Solution:
The following steps solved my issue:

1.) Turn OFF the' Fast Update Pages' , this is under the Graphics Builder > Tools > Options

2.) Delete all *.CTF files in the project that contains the Genies and Super Genies and in the project that contains the pages where the Genies are being used

3.) 'Pack Libraries' in the project that contains the Genies and Super Genies and in the project that contains the pages where the Genies are being used

4.) 'Update Pages' in the project that contains the Genies and Super Genies and in the project that contains the pages where the Genies are being used

5.) 'Pack' and 'Compile' the main project

6.) Test the Genies to open the Super Genies in Runtime.
