Summary:
I have non-Tperm units defined above my Tperm units in my units.dbf file, and CitectSCADA is occasionally crashing in the Tperm driver DLL. 
 

Solution:
Either define all your Tperm units at the top of your units.dbf file, or upgrade to 6.10 Service Pack A or above.

This problem has been fixed in version 6.10 Service Pack A.
