Summary:
WinNewAt does not display the new window at the expected position on the web client. There is always some offset of both the X-axis and the Y-axis. This occurs even when the web client is displayed in full screen mode as per KB4281.
 

Solution:
WinNewAt always positions the new window based on the co-ordinates of the screen. With an ordinary Internet Explorer window, the positioning of a new window when using WinNewAt will always be positioned at an offset due to the Internet Explorer bars appearing on the screen. Even after following Knowledge Base article Q4281 to display the webclient page in full screen, there is still an offset on the new window/pop up after using WinNewAt(). This offset occurs due to the white border surrounding the Citect Page. To get rid of the white border, please follow Q4440. WinNewAt() should then function properly.
