Phantom alarms occurring with Micrexsx
driver when TCP/IP connections are being lost for extended
periods. |
Solution: |
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem
in the Micrexsx drivers to version v1.01.06.xxx. This problem has
been fixed in version v1.01.07.002 onwards.
The issue is restricted to multiple port configurations where most of the IP connections are lost at the same time, e.g. via a router or switch. |
