Summary:
I am trying to install Pocket SCADA, but it is saying I need to have the .NET framework v1 installed, but I already have .NET v2 installed!
 

Solution:
To install Pocket SCADA you will need to install v1 of the .NET framework, even if you already have v2 installed.
Having both versions installed should not cause any problems.
