Summary:
When adding a DSN from the ODBC data source using Citect Driver, the error: "The Setup routines for the Citect Driver ODBC could not be loaded due to a system error code 126" appears. When clicking "ok" on the pop up showing the error, another error, " Could not load the setup or translator library", appears. The DSN cannot be created using the Citect Driver with Vijeo Citect.
 

Solution:
These errors are caused by the VijeoCitect installer placing the ODBC driver (CTODBC32.dll) in a different location to where it is registered to. As a workaround, copy everything in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Schneider Electric Shared\Vijeo Citect\" to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Citect\". Note that the latter folder may need to be created manually by the user.
