Summary:
In CitectSCADA version 6.10 SPK A the inbuilt Cicode function WinFile() creates a bitmap file that some third party applications such as Microsoft Internet Explorer and Paint Shop Pro cannot open.
 

Solution:
These applications do not support the top-down bitmap encoding that this version of CitectSCADA produces. While this is a valid bitmap format, Citect has resolved the issue in version v6.10 SPK B by adopting the more widely used bottom-up format when WinFile() is called.
