Summary:
I am using the tool from the ToolBox, "WebClient - Automatically Delete WebClient Cache" - http://www3.citect.com/mycitect/downloads/toolbox?action=download_file&downloadid=25598

When I try to run WebClient, using this code, I get the following error:

"ActveX component can't create object: 'Wscript.Shell'"

 

Solution:
It would appear that you do not have the "Windows Scripting Host" installed.

Usually this is installed with Windows, or another MS product.
