I get the following error when installing CitectSCADA:


 

Solution:

This error may mean you have a corrupted installation of MDAC. Please following the steps outlined in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/899861 (specifically, right-click c:\windows\inf\mdac.inf and select 'Install'). After this, you should be able to install without this error occurring.
