What limitations should I be aware of when using the S7NT driver with regards to the IO port limit and Simatic Softnet?
 

Solution:
When using the S7NT driver, the maximum number of units you can have per IO server is 64, however Simatic SoftNet generally accepts only ten VFDs being created. If you have more than ten io devices, you will need to have more than one unit per VFD. Refer to article Q3708 for information on the limitations of configuring more than one unit per VFD.
