Summary:
At DPI settings other than 96DPI, users may experience difficulty clicking
checkboxes on the pen selection dialog in Process Analyst. This problem becomes
worse as the DPI setting becomes larger or smaller when compared to 96DPI. The
problem also becomes worse as the displayed list of pens increases.  

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions 6.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 7.00.
The pen selection dialog has been modified so that checkbox selection works reliably independent of DPI.
