Summary:
I am using dialup I/O, however the system appears to get into a state where it will not disconnect from the remote I/O device until the setting for [Dial]MaxConnectionTime in the INI file is reached.  

Solution:
An issue has been identified in the dialup subsystem where the state machine would not disconnect a dialup connection under the correct circumstances.

This problem has been resolved in v7.00.
