Summary:
When multiple instances of an alarm are visible on a CSV based alarms summary page, right click an instance of the alarm and select the alarm name from the popup menu,. Regardless of which instance is selected, the on/off times will be that of the current alarm instance, which may or may not be the one you right-clicked.
 

Solution:
A work-around for this problem for Citect 5.50, 6.00, and 6.10 can be found in the 'CSV Alarm Summary Comments' project in the citect.com Toolbox under Alarms.

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions 5.50 to 6.10SpkB. This problem has been fixed in version 7.0.
