Summary:
I get the error "Page <page name> has been compiled against an incompatible version of the user library function"

Citect will prompt with the error message asking user to shut down IDC and may also cause IDC to perform slower than usual if files are constantly being downloaded twice.

 

Solution:

This error is due to the IDC downloading the _Library.RDB files twice in the internet cache. You may notice that other _xxx.RDB files are also downloaded twice.

If you are getting this error OR are seeing that the IDC is downloading the _xxx.RDB files twice then you would need to apply the hot fix HF700R136716
