Summary:

When using the Computer setup wizard I am unable to select any other options available.

 

Solution:
The Computer Setup Wizard will frist look into the project at the Project Editor / Servers / Network Addresses to verify an IP address. If the IP address matches this PC's IP Address or if you have the default loop back address of 127.0.0.1 set or if this is defined in an include project for another Server or a server that is not being used, then you will also run into this issue.

You will need to change the IP address settings to something other than the loop back IP address.
If this is not an option, then you can manaully change the role of the computer by setting in the Citect.ini file the following parameter to it's appropriate setting:

[Client]ComputerRole

    Specifies the role of the computer. This is set by the Computer Setup Wizard. 
    Allowable Values: 
    0 - Server and display client
    1 - Display client - enables [Client]FullLicense
    2 - Manager client
    Default Value: NONE
