Summary:
Runtime Manager may show the following messages on startup:

"Your License has not yet been activated. If you believe this is not the case, please contact CITECT."
"Your license has expired. Please contact CITECT to obtain a new license key "

The Runtime Manager may show the following messages on startup which will not allow CitectSCADA to enter into runtime:

Solution:

CitectSCADA v7.0 has now introduced a "License Validity" check for loan keys (Distributor, CIP, etc). This is shown in the Citect Key Information of the hardware dongle in the CiUsafe utility used to read the key. If the time value listed in the "License Validity" section is before the Windows System time or after the Windows System time, then you will get the appropriate message logged to your Runtime Manager followed by an error prompt with a similar message.
