Summary:
The CSV_AlarmSummary page does not display the full history of alarms processed in a single cluster environment 
When the CSV_AlarmSummary page is displayed, only up to 20 pages of alarm history is viewable. 

Solution:

The problem is related to changes with the AlarmDsp() function and the new addition of Cluster Name syntax.

This problem has now been corrected in Citect v7.0 Spk 1 and Citect v7.1
