Summary:

Reading Digital Alarm Tag properties where a Digital Alarm Tag's Name exceeds 31 characters will cause CitectSCADA to crash.

 

Solution:

This is caused by a problem in the 6.10 release of CitectSCADA

Installing Service Pack A for CitectSCADA 6.10 will resolve the issue.
