Summary:

CitectSCADA Display Client will not run if the path specified in the [CtEdit]Copy parameter is unavailable. When Citect starts up and the [CtEdit]Copy is specified but not accessible, Citect will display the following message "Cannot locate include project" and shut down.

Solution:

Citect have confirmed this to be a problem with CitectSCADA Version 5.xx to 7.0. This problem will be resolved in a future release of CitectSCADA.
