Summary:

Point Count doubles in V7.0 when a Cicode function for example TagRead() is called in the background or from kernel window.

Solution:

Citect Runtime by mistake treats the calling of any tag using a Cicode function at the background or through a kernel window as a second instance and there by doubles the point count.   Hotfix(HF700R136958) is available for this issue in V7.
