Summary:

When trying to upgrade keys in the range of 0478-26000 and older I'm getting the following error with the Autorisation Code Generator: 'KeyID not found'

 

Solution:
Keys from this range and older do not have an authorisation code which does not allow the authorisation code generator to recognize the key.  

Open CIUSafe. This can be done by going to your Citect Explorer then select the Help menu and choose Key Update

Here copy the KeyID and send it to support@citect.com . We will then be able to generate an authorisation code and send it back to you

If you still can not upgrade your key with the authorisation codes that we have provided you with, p lease send an email to citect.orders@citect.com

Include in your email the Key serial number and your address details and we will send you a replacement key.
