Summary:
Cannot Download Tags - SOAPAction: http://tempuri.org/WebCtFindProperties When I try to 'Download Tags' onto my PPC running Pocket SCADA, I get the following Error Message:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException:
Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: http://tempuri.org/WebCtFindProperties
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.Soap11ServerProtocolHelper.RouteRequest()
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapServerProtocol.RouteRequest(SoapServerMessage Message)
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapServerProtocol.Ini..........

Solution:

This was seen when running the incorrect version of CitectSCADA Pocket Client on the PPC/PDA. The version of the Pocket Client, was v6.0, whereas the Server was running v7.

The 'Tempuri' domain is a reserved domain for testing WebService applications, so this can be ignored.

Please note, that with v7, the name of the Pocket SCADA client was changed from 'PocketSCADA' to 'CitectSCADA Pocket'

If you have a previous version of Pocket SCADA Client installed, in order to remove all clashing instances of it, please follow the following steps

* Connect PDA/PPC to PC and Open ActiveSync
* Add/ Remove all instances of PocketSCADA, CitectSCADA Pocket
* In ActiveSync, click 'Explore', and delete the following files/folders if they still exist:
- 'My Windows Mobile-Based Device' | 'Program Files' | 'CitectSCADA Pocket'
- 'My Windows Mobile-Based Device' | 'Program Files' | 'PocketSCADA'
- 'My Windows Mobile-Based Device' | 'My Documents' | 'config.xml'

* Re-install the correct version of Citect SCADA Pocket.

This will ensure that no previous settings / installations will interfere.
