Summary:
When alarms are acknowledged on the Primary or Standby IOServer it updates on boths servers correctly. However if either of the servers are shutdown and restarted the some alarms 'Re-Alarm'.  When this occurs the syslog.dat gives the Driver Error 0x80040112 (CLASS_E_NOTLICENSED). The Variable tags of the 'Re-Alarming' Alarms are all assoiated to the Remote RSLINX OPC Server.   

Solution:
To use Remote RSLINX OPC Server with Citect you would need to have the 'Gateway' version of RSLINX.  Check that you are using the Gateway version. Also refer to Q4446.
